Hey Everyone,
I am going to have to cancel the first session for conditioning tonight at Capital. I had a family emergency come up and won't be able to make it. I apologize since this is our first session of the year. I will be there ready to go Wednesday at 5:30 to get our workouts going for the summer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
