Summer Work Outs
Summer work outs will run from June 11- July 19 from Monday through Thursday each week. Players will have the option of working out from 7:30-9:30am each morning or from 5:30-7:30pm on Mondays and Wednesday evenings. ***UPDATE - DUE TO LACK OF COACHES AVAILABLE WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING TUESDAY AND THURSDAY SESSIONS IN THE EVENING. Mondays and Wednesdays will be focused on Fitness, Flexibility, and Open Play. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be focused on Ball Control, Injury Prevention, and Open Play.
**July 2-6 - We will have the week off - Happy 4th of July!
Skills/Fitness Camp (July 23-July 27)
Camp will be Tuesday Through Friday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Players will develop cardiovascular fitness, strength, active recovery, ball control, and develop a greater understanding of the game. **Cost for Camp is $50 dollars - Checks can be made out to “Capital High School” and given to Rachel at the first day of camp.

TRYOUTS (August 6-7)
Tryouts will be from 7:00-8:00am and 5:00-7:00pm on August 6th and 7th. Once teams are established we will continue to have a morning and afternoon session on August 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17.
